The pages you are looking for are currently unavailable. This could be because they have been stolen and left in a field, or the printer may need a re-run.

Please try the following:

  • Click the re-run print restart button, or try again later.
  • If you typed an address in the address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly, or try a confirmed location, such as leavesden studios or glenfinnan.
  • To check your magic spell settings, click the Hogwarts menu, and then click Witchcraft and Wizardry. On the Slytherin tab, click Spell Check. The settings should match those originally provided by Hagrid.
  • If J.K.Rowling has enabled it, Hogwarts can examine your equipment and automatically install a Magic Wand.
    If you would like Hogwarts to try and install the latest wand, click Detect Settings Detect Magic Wand
  • Some quidditch sessions require 128-speed broomsticks. Click the Nimbus 2000 menu and then click About Broomstick to determine what speed broomstick you have installed.
  • If you are trying to read an earlier story, make sure your bookshop supports it. Click the Tools menu, and then click on Previous Publications. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Cover-Type section and check settings for sensible adults' photo, kids' artwork or plain hardback.
  • Click the back Back button if you are confronted by Voldemort.
